How to Make Air Fryer baked Potatoes
Start with washing your potatoes well. We wash our potatoes properly before cooking because we eat the potato skins which is so good when cooked in the air fryer.
Pat dry the potatoes after washing using paper towel. Then rub the potato skins with the olive oil followed by the salt and pepper.
Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket and cook for 30-40 minutes or until fork tender under 400F (204C). Flip the potatoes halfway while cooking to evenly cook them using a tong.
Once potatoes are cooked, transfer them to a plate. Poke the top of the potatoes, carefully making an opening on top of it. Using a fork, mash the potato pulp and top it with the grated cheese and sliced bacon.
Return then to the air fryer basket and cook for another 5-8 minutes or until your toppings is cooked.
Remove them from the air fryer, serve and enjoy immediately while warm.
