Delicious Fish Fingers is an easy to make yet delicious recipe that your family can enjoy. It consists of fish fillets cut into sticks, sprinkled and rubbed with spices, soaked in flour, beaten eggs, breadcrumbs and fried to perfection. Yum!
I got my first taste of fish fingers also known as fish sticks when I was young and my father was bringing it from work. Apparently, he was having a drinking session with his office mates and he brought their left-over fish fingers. My siblings and I fell in love with it and my mom would re-create it at home.
