Sauteed Squid is a delicious yet easy and quick recipe to make. My family loves it a lot.
I did my usual round of marketing for our food supply the other day and went to the wet market. I spotted fresh medium-sized squid and bought some because my family loves squid.
Sauteed Squid
There are many ways to cook squid and the easiest and quickest way is just to saute it in spices. With this style of cooking, you only need spices to go along with the squid.
Since my squid is medium-sized, I cleaned it thoroughly and sliced it into bite-size rings. If you got baby squid, you can just clean it and no need to slice.
