1 cup cocoa powder – You can use whatever brand of cocoa powder you want. However, choose a brand that has good quality for more yummy result.

1 1/4 cup condensed milk – You can also choose any brand you like of condensed milk. This is the ingredient that brings sweetness to the ice candy. No need to add sugar.

2 cups evaporated milk – This adds flavor and creaminess to the ice candy.

1 cup corn starch – This makes the ice candy creamy.

2 liters and 2 cups Water (divided) – Use 2 liters of water to blend with the ice candy mixture, then 1 cup to dilute the cocoa powder and another cup to make the corn flour slurry.

Ice candy bags – use this to put the ice candy mixture for you to freeze it.

How to Make Delicious and Creamy Ice Candy

Making ice candy with chocolate flavor is just very easy and can be done in few minutes. The most time you will spend is perhaps putting the ice candy mixture to the ice candy bags.

Here is the step-by step process to make this delectable and thirst-quenching ice candy.

Get all the ingredients ready. Mix 1 cup of flour with 1 cup of water and set aside. Mix 1 cup of cocoa powder with 1 cup of water and set aside.

Put 2 liters of water in a cooking pot. Bring it to a boil. Once boiling, lower the heat and add the cornstarch slurry. Stir and cook for about 2 minutes.

Add the chocolate (diluted cocoa powder) and keep on stirring for about 3 minutes. Remove the pot from the fire and let it cool.

Using a funnel, pour the ice candy mixture and tie the ice candy bag. Repeat the process until all the ice candy mixture has been put into an ice candy bag.

Once done, put them in the freezer until they are frozen and enjoy.
