How To Make Slow-Cooked Pork Ribs

First, you have to prepare the  pork.  Remove the membrane of the pork ribs rack.

Sprinkle all over the pork and rub with salt and pepper.  Let it sit for 30 minutes.

In a bowl, mix together 1/4 cup of soy sauce, 2 tablespoonfuls of sugar, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, 2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce, a pinch of garlic powder, 1 teaspoon of Mrs. Dash salt-free tables seasoning, a teaspoon of fish sauce, and a cup of water.

In a skillet, put 2 tablespoons of cooking oil and brown the pork ribs rack.  Then slice the pork ribs individually.

In the same pan, put back the pork ribs and pour the prepared marinade.  Cook in slow heat for 1 and a half hour to 2 hours.

You have to add water every now and then when the marinade becomes reduced and sticky.  The goal here is to make the pork ribs tender and absorb all the goodness and flavors of the marinade.

Once the pork ribs become very tender, simmer it until the marinade sauce is reduced and caramelized.  Transfer it to a serving dish and serve.  This is best paired with rice or potatoes with veggies on the side.
