Making this recipe is so easy. It is also very fast to cook. You just need to dump all the ingredients at once in a cooking pot and simmer it and cook for 10-15 minutes and it is done.

- Cooking Pot
- 1 pc Big bangus (Milkfish) around 500-600 grams, chopped
- 1 pc Eggplant chopped
- 2-5 pcs Lady’s finger
- 5 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 medium-sized Onion chopped
- 1 thumb Ginger sliced
- 1 tsp Peppercorn
- 1 cup Water
- 1/2 cup Vinergar
- 1 tsp Salt
- Put all the ingredients in a cooking pot.
- Simmer and cook for 10-15 minutes.
- Transfer to a serving plate and serve.
