You may substitute this with the juice of 2 pices calamansi

Instructions
Heat cooking pan and sauté the ginger, onion and garlic until translucent and aromatic in 2 tbsp cooking oil.
Then add the pork ribs and sauté until pork ribs turn white.
Add salt, pepper, vinegar and sauté until almost dry.
Add water then bring to a boil and simmer for 15 minutes or until pork is tender.
Then add potatoes and sweet corn. Simmer for 10 minutes.
Once Potatoes and sweet corn are cooked, add the pechay leaves. Simmer for 1-2 minutes
Transfer to a serving bowl and serve. Enjoy.
