Ingredients

  • 500 grams Pork
  • 2 tbsp Cooking oil
  • 1 thumb Ginger cleaned, chopped
  • 1 medium sized Onions chopped
  • 3 medium sized Potatoes cleaned and chopped
  • 1 cob Sweet corn cut in desired sizes
  • 1 tsp Vinegar You may substitute this with the juice of 2 pices calamansi
  • pinch Salt
  • pinch Pepper

Instructions

  • Heat cooking pan and sauté the ginger, onion and garlic until translucent and aromatic in 2 tbsp cooking oil.
  • Then add the pork ribs and sauté until pork ribs turn white.
  • Add salt, pepper, vinegar and sauté until almost dry.
  • Add water then bring to a boil and simmer for 15 minutes or until pork is tender. 
  • Then add potatoes and sweet corn. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  • Once Potatoes and sweet corn are cooked, add the pechay leaves. Simmer for 1-2 minutes
  • Transfer to a serving bowl and serve. Enjoy.
