- 1 medium cantaloupe
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 4 cups water cold
- 1/2 cup ice cubes optional
Cut the cantaloupe fruit crosswise and remove the seeds using spoon.
Shred the cantaloupe using shredder or fork.
Add the shredded cantaloupe to a pitcher with cold water.
Add sugar to sweeten the juice.
