- 500 grams Pork Shoulder Cut into thin slices
- 6 tbsp Tocino mix
- 1/2 cup White sugar you may also use honey as substitute
- 1/2 cup Sprite
- 1 tsp Soy sauce
- 1 tsp Oyster sauce
- pinch Salt
Making the Pork Tocino
Prepare the pork. Slice it thinly.
In a mixing bowl, put in the pork and the rest of the other ingredients.
Put it in food container and place inside the freezer.
Cooking the Tocino
Place the tocino in a frying pan and simmer until its stock or sauce is reduced.
Once the sauce caramelizes, put a little bit of cooking oil like 1-2 tablespoons.
Fry it until sauce becomes sticky that it clings with the meat. Transfer to a serving plate and serve.
