- 1 lb Leftover lechon chopped, about half a kilo or 500grams
- 2 cups Liver-based sauce
- 3 tbsp Vinegar
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 1 pc Onion Chopped
- 3 cloves Garlic Chopped
- 1 tsp Whole Peppercorn
- 5 pcs Bay leaves
- 1 cup Water
Place the lechon in a pot together with the onions and garlic, peppercorn, bay leaves, liver-based sauce and add water. Bring to boil.
Add salt, sugar and vinegar. Let it simmer for 10 minutes or until desired thickness of the sauce is achieved.
Transfer to a serving plate and serve. It is perfect when paired with rice.
