  • Cooking Pot


  • 1 can Sardines
  • 2 rolls Sotanghon or Transparent Bean Noodles
  • 1 tbsp Cooking Oil
  • 1 medium size Onions chopped
  • 4 cloves Garlic crushed and chopped
  • 4 cups Water
  • pinch Salt
  • pinch Pepper


  • Saute garlic and onions in cooking oil over medium heat.
  • Add in the sardines and saute for 2-3 minutes.
  • Add the water and bring to a boil.
  • Add the sotanghon, salt and pepper. Adjust taste to your liking.
  • Transfer to a bowl and serve.
