Ingredients

  • 1 pack instant ramen noodles 120 g
  • 2 tablespoons regular soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon garlic minced
  • 1/4 cup green onions
  • 2 tablespoons chili flakes
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds for garnish
  • 1 medium egg

Instructions

  • Boil ramen noodles for 3 minutes or as per package instructions. Reserve 1 cup ramen water and drain the rest. Set aside ramen noodles.
  • Mix soy sauce with oyster sauce and ramen water.
  • Heat oil in a pan. Fry sunny side-up egg and set aside.
  • In the same pan, cook and stir garlic and green onions. Cook until golden brown.
  • Add the chili flakes. Cook for about 30 seconds, stirring often.
  • Add in the soy sauce mixture and stir.
  • Put in the cooked noodles and mix well.
  • Put in the cooked noodles and mix well.
  • Transfer to a serving plate. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds and top it with the sunny side-up egg. Enjoy.
