Creamy Chicken Broccoli and Mushroom
Creamy Chicken Broccoli with Mushroom is just easy to whip up and can be done in about 15-20 minutes. It is considerably healthy/ish too.
Servings: 3 people
- 200 grams Chicken breast deboned, cut in strips
- 1 cup Mushroom drained, if canned
- 1/2 cup evaporated milk
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Pepper
- 2 tbsp Cheese cheddar, grated
- 1 pc Onion medium-sized, chopped
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 cup Broccoli florets
- 1/2 cup Water
- 2 tbsp Cooking Oil
Saute the chicken in cooking oil under low to medium heat for 1-2 minutes in a frying pan.
Push the chicken at one side of the pan and saute the garlic and onion in the other side until translucent and aromatic. Add in the salt and pepper. Mix well.
Add in the mushroom and the evaporated milk together with the water. Simmer for 8-10 minutes or until chicken is done.
Add in the broccoli and cheese. Simmer for 1 minute. Remove from heat and transfer to a serving plate. Serve it topped with some grated cheese.
