Cut the fish slab into sticks or strips. Season it with salt, garlic powder and pepper.
In a plate, put all-purpose flour and breadcrumbs.
In a separate plate, put a beaten egg.
Dip the seasoned fish sticks into flour, then into the beaten egg then coat it in breadcrumbs. Repeat until all fish sticks is done.
In a frying pan, put cooking oil under low-medium heat. Fry the fish sticks until golden brown.
Remove the fish from the pan once done and place it in a paper towel to remove excess oil.
Transfer to a serving plate and enjoy.
