Baking soda

Instructions
Boil pork belly in water for 20-25 minutes.
Scrape white layers in pork skin and remove scum on the meat.
Prick the pork skin with fork.
Rub salt all over the pork belly until salt liquifies.
Spread baking soda evenly and thinly on the pork skin.
Place the meat on top of the Turbo rack.
Cook for 25-40 minutes or until cooked.
Chop and place in a serving plate.
Serve with gravy or any dipping sauce of your choice.
Notes
1. Do not put too many baking soda or it might make the pork a bit bitter.
